So here is a better picture of the goggle itself and in the corner the true color of those lights when they glow. Again, I am really happy with this, that I managed to pull it off. The basic structure of the goggle I have this helpful tutorial [link] to thank from there I just went haywire. It took about 5 hours to make but its still holding its own which happily surprised me since this was my first attempt at eye ware like this. Its held in place by a buckle that you could cinch really tightly, the leather is really soft too so it didn't hurt to really strap this sucker to me, and surprisingly its pretty lightweight. I sure hope to find another excuse to wear this again, it was fun seeing the reactions of everyone.

Materials: Leather, spice jar lid, battery powered rice LED lights, grommets, parchment paper.

Awesome! Are you not worried about being blinded?

Thank you. And no, I had put into consideration the potential blinding hazard.
Not showm in this picture is there is a leather panel behind the lights that A) kept them in place and B) protected my eye from the exposure to the lights. The reason there is a back glow in that picture is there was a tiny clip in the leather to promote some light so my eye didn't get lazy from the time shielded but it was in a corner versus dead on. So no, there was no worry of being blinded.
